How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

After receiving tracking, shipping activity will become available after 24 hrs. Once you receive tracking information, You will need to contact carrier with any questions.

Can you make changes to orders?

Orders cannot be altered once payment is made

Do we offer refunds?

Once payments have been made, we do not offer refunds, nor exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!

What are the size of your bundles?

Bundles are standard size (90-100 grams)

What is the difference between White Label and Black Label?

They are two different grades of hair. White Label is grade 5A and Black Label is grade 7A. Black Label (Luxurious Line) is compared to a Chanel Bag.
